  1. Evaluate the size of the area experiencing pain or sensitivity.
  2. Scoop the polymer out of the container and mold it to the affected area.
  3. Ensure the area is fully covered and the polymer is at least ½-inch thick.
  4. Wrap the bandage included in the kit around the injury to secure the polymer.
  5. Get back in the game.
